Content Obligations

Company shall use  and shall cause its End Users to use the Workspot DaaS Services solely for Company’s personal and/or business purposes, in compliance with all applicable Laws, contracts and fiduciary requirements. Company shall not and shall take steps to ensure that any End User does not and each End User shall not post or transmit content that:(a) may create a genuine risk of physical or mental injury or property damage, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to anyone,

(b) credibly threatens people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm;

(c) may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property;

d) may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort;

(e) contains any information or content that is sexually explicit or pornographic, exploits or presents minors in a sexual way, or promotes adult sexual services;

(e) Is  illegal, unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, bullying, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable; or

(f) contains any information or content that Company  not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

(g) is used in email in violation of applicable laws (such as the CAN-SPAM act) regarding email transmission.
