My journey to Workspot and the Center of Excellence for Cloud PCs is unique. Prior to joining the company as Field CTO, I spent two decades in the AEC industry where I spent the last eight years leading the IT team at a major architecture and design firm serving Fortune 500 companies. During my tenure with the firm, among many other achievements, was our strategic move to the public cloud, including adoption of Workspot Cloud PCs, and GPU cloud workstations.
The Workspot implementation was so successful, and the results for the firm and for our customers so inspiring to me personally, that I decided I needed to help other organizations successfully implement their digital transformation strategies. I needed to help spread the word about Workspot’s Cloud PC platform to as many organizations as possible. Having been through the deployment and management experience first-hand, I strongly believe that this is the best way to modernize end user computing and that Cloud PCs are the future of EUC. That’s how I became a part of the Workspot family. Today I spend much of my time talking with prospects and customers to understand their needs and share my experience.

The Workspot Center of Excellence
After joining Workspot, I quickly discovered an important element of our corporate DNA: A culture of learning. Intellectual curiosity is a powerful force, and there is no shortage of it at Workspot. But a primary and essential source of innovation is our customers, from whom we are continually learning. To further the impact of our culture of learning, we are announcing the creation of the Workspot Center of Excellence (COE) for Cloud PCs, and I am proud to be heading up this organization of outstanding people in support of our customers. There are three cornerstones of the COE: People, Processes and Tools. I want to share my thoughts on each of them.
The mission of the Workspot Center of Excellence team is to ensure our customers’ success throughout their Cloud PC journey. The Workspot Customer Success Team embeds within your IT team as your trusted advisors, acting as an extension to your team. They make use of innovative, proprietary tools to proactively manage and monitor your Cloud PC environment. They collaborate with your technology team on an ongoing basis to identify Cloud PC performance and connectivity issues, analyze root causes, and interface with key third parties on your behalf, such as IaaS vendors, Intel, AMD, and Nvidia as needed to get to a quick resolution.
Workspot has developed processes and methodologies that have been proven over and over to deliver the fastest time-to-value in the industry and ensure the long-term success of your Cloud PC implementation.
